WELLNESS JOURNEY

Know You Type of Stress.

Many things might contribute to stress, including external factors such as demanding work or family disputes. Internal factors such as chemical secretion in the brain or hormonal changes, particularly after menopause, are on the other hand.

One of the explanations for the neurological system’s susceptibility to stress is ‘hereditary.’

When parents express their emotions or are in a tense state for an extended period of time, children learn that personality and traits can be used to deal with stress and challenges.

3 Types of Stress

    • Acute Stress : a sort of stress that occurs suddenly and causes the body to react instantly, such as sweating when confronted with a challenge or enthusiasm, or heartbeat when shocked.
    • Episodic Acute Stress : Multiple acute stresses in a row, such as chronic health problems, or someone in a highly skilled job, such as a pilot or a surgeon, are more prone to encounter this form of stress.
    • Chronic Stress : A stress that builds up over time, such as family conflicts or financial and business difficulties.

Most of the time, we can’t change what’s causing the problem on the outside, but we can take care of things on the inside and change how we live to deal with stress in a healthy way.

Find your tune in balance and learn techniques that will adjust your lifestyle in the long run today at RAKxa Wellness.
