– Lie down on your back with your knees and hips bent
– Raise one leg and kick it gently to the top
– Pump your ankle up and down, then place your foot to the ground
– Alternate sides and repeat 10 times on each side

Alternate knee bend

– Lie down on your back and bend your knees and hips
– Keep your knee bent and close to your chest
– Alternate sides and repeat 10 times on each side

Reach out forward

– Reach your arm forward, interlocking your fingers
– Curl your back and turn your palms out, reaching forward

Reach out and over

– Sit on the ground and place both hands at your sides
– Raise one arm up
– Bend your body and reach your arm over your head to the side
– Bend your body back to its centre
– Alternate sides and repeat 10 times on each sides
