WELLNESS JOURNEY

World Health Day at RAKxa Wellness

The air that we breathe in, every walk outside the building, even every sip from a bottle of water, all give risks to your health invisibly since the climate change crisis has made our daily consumption contaminated by toxic pollution.

On this World Health Day 2022, WHO is focusing global attention on the urgent actions required to keep humans and the planet healthy, as well as to foster a movement to create societies focused on well-being, as more than 13 million deaths worldwide each year are due to avoidable environmental causes. This includes the climate crisis, which is the single most serious health hazard confronting humanity, because the climate crisis is another name for a health crisis.

Over 90% of people breathe unhealthy air resulting from the burning of fossil fuels. In a new study, researchers developed a method of detecting microplastics in human blood. Pollution and plastics are found at the bottom of our deepest oceans and the highest mountains and have made their way into our food chain, making people consume the tiny particles via food and water as well as breathing them in, including industrial wastes like toxic heavy metals from mining or chemicals from factories.

In order to differentiate it from carbon dioxide pollution, which causes climate change but does not have direct health effects, the word “toxic” is applied.

Drinking water, fish in rivers and ponds, food grown on polluted fields, playgrounds, residences, and even the air we breathe may be poisoned by toxic pollutants. It’s possible to be exposed to these toxins when you eat, drink, wash, play, or even breathe in polluted areas.

Toxic contamination is, in reality, the leading cause of death worldwide. In spite of this, it continues to be one of the world’s most underreported and underfunded crises

Various types of pollution impact different people in various ways, some of which may not be immediately apparent. Because of this, pollution caused by poisonous substances is sometimes referred to as “the invisible killer.” Poison may build up in the body for months or even years before anybody notices anything is wrong. In addition to birth abnormalities, developmental and neurological problems, and immune system damage, pollution can harm the immune system. To mention just a few of the ailments that pollution causes, there are cancers and heart and lung diseases.

To mark this year’s World Health Day, RAKxa Wellness is encouraging everyone to raise awareness of pollution and create a society focused on wellbeing by expanding knowledge of health to reduce the risk of various diseases that may arise from toxins that accumulate in the body or preparing the body’s immune system to always be ready when it comes to hazardous pollutant residue in the body.

Chelation IV Formula, a vitamin therapy that provides important vitamins, minerals, and nutrients intravenously into the circulation, is one of the therapies we’ve developed here at RAKxa Wellness. Heavy metals like lead, arsenic, aluminium, and cadmium that have built up in the body without our knowledge can be eliminated with the use of this formula. Physical and mental fatigue can be alleviated by detoxifying the body of heavy metals. Toxic residue-related inflammation, discomfort, and swelling will also be alleviated. Chelation therapy removes toxins from the body; improves energy and mental clarity; prevents and reverses heart disease and atherosclerosis; reduces inflammation; and strengthens immune system function. This enables the body to rapidly absorb vitamins and minerals. A mixture of substances based on an analysis of bodily needs is provided directly into the vein to achieve maximum efficiency of health recovery which is performed and closely supervised by physicians and expert-level personnel of VitalLife, Bumrungrad’s scientific wellness centre.

Also, Immune Fight IV Infusion with Weber Laser Therapy stimulates the functioning of the immune system with personalised vitamins together with colour laser therapy that will be selected by the professional doctor to truly suit the health condition of each individual.

Four Fluid Element Wellness Tea Blends at RAKxa CHA

When the body shows symptoms of illness, it could be a sign of an element imbalance in our body.

RAKxa Cha has introduced four specially crafted wellness tea blends from that are suitable for balancing the four fluid elements: Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. The Tea Sommelier team at RAKxa Wellness evaluated the finest ingredients for wellness tea blends based on the symptoms of each changing element, and has introduced the following:

Bright Burn

A wellness tea blend made with basil leaves, cumin seeds, and black pepper that is beneficial for people who are experiencing muscle stiffness or migraine headaches, which are common indications of an earth element imbalance. Bright Burn will improve blood circulation and relaxes the muscles.

Amphan

A tea blended with licorice, safflower, ginger, and spearmint that is beneficial to people suffering from allergies, respiratory, and immune system difficulties – which are amongst the most prevalent signs of an imbalanced water element. Amphan will aid in boosting immunity and functioning as an expectorant.

Blooming

A tea blended with turmeric, lemongrass, and spearmint, ideal for people with flatulence, indigestion, or heartburn, some of the symptoms of those whose Air element is out of balance. Blooming will help with expelling internal gas and alleviating symptoms as well.

Mind-Seoul

A blended tea featuring our proudly presented ingredient ‘Maiyararb,’ perfect for individuals suffering from poor sleep quality and insomnia, as these are symptoms of a fire element imbalance. Mind Seoul will assist in delivering a good night’s sleep.
