within the last 72 hours, and COVID-19 health insurance
, may
now visit without quarantine.

wellness guests the highest medical and hospitality standard are in place for
your utmost peace of mind during your wellbeing journey with us.

Below are the 10 actions taking place at RAKxa:

01. ARRIVAL

On arrival every guest will undergo a rapid test*, temperature check and screening list of questions with contactless greetings by RAKxa team members. Luggage will also be sanitised.

*The rapid test is a preliminary screening test to check for immunity levels using a small amount of blood from the fingertip.

02. TRANSPORT

RAKxa limousine, RAKxa buggy and all our bicycles are fully sanitised after every journey. Van and buggy drivers always wash their hands with alcohol gel.

03. GUEST GUARDIAN

RAKxa team members are on-hand throughout the retreat to ensure the highest levels of safety and provide advice to guests. RAKxa is adopting Bumrungrad Hospital’s Covid-19 protection protocols. Our guest guardian will always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

04. DEPARTURE

Guest contactless check-out protocol ensures the highest hygiene and safety standards right up until the end of the journey.

05. CLEANING TECHNOLOGY

We use the latest UV sterilising machine, ozone sterilisation and cleaning technologies to ensure the highest-possible levels of cleanliness.

06. VILLA

RAKxa villas are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised with UV and ozone sterilisation after every visit. Bed linens are changed every day and washed at the highest temperature. All villas contain a hygiene kit with masks and hand sanitiser.

07. DINING

Table spacing and a la carte only in our restaurant ensures physical distancing compliance and the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

08. COMMON AREAS

Enhanced cleaning schedules and sanitisation of all areas especially the high-touch zones to ensure a safe environment for guests. Hand sanitising stations and temperature check machines can be found throughout the property. Social-distancing protocols are in place and are strictly followed.

09. WELLNESS SERVICES

Our Medical Gym usage is strictly limited to ensure physical distancing. We offer private training options and all the facilities and equipment are regularly and thoroughly cleaned. All RAKxa’s physiotherapists have undergone Covid-19 tests and all have negative results. Moving forward we have also implemented a Covid-19 testing schedule for all therapists to ensure they remain safe for our guests.

10. RAKxa TEAM MEMBERS

All team members have recently undergone Covid-19 swab tests and rapid tests and all came back with negative results. Everyone has received enhanced health and safety training, including correct procedures for wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and physical distancing awareness.

In addition to above, for the highest hygiene of our guests below services are out of order from now until further notice;

  • Group classes / activities
  • Pulmonary Function Test (Spirometer) and Fotona treatment at VitalLife
