CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

1. Stretching Class: Stretching class is all about stretching whole body muscles by using our hands and strap to improve flexibility, blood circulation, and range of motion.

2. Active Suspension: Active Suspension class is a class that uses mini Redcord as a pension performing all kind of functional movement with the rhythm of music to improve muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular system.

3. Active Brain Coordination: Active Brain Coordination class is a fun and creative movement to stimulate our brain by using vision, hearing, and balance to improve brain functioning, blood circulation, and prevent risk of Alzheimer’s.

4. Abs, Butt, and Thighs: Abs, Butt, and Thighs class is exercising with music focusing on movement using bodyweight. The exercise mainly focuses on abdominal muscles, butt and thighs to improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular system.

5. HIIT: HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It is a high intensity exercise with a short period of resting time. The exercise helps improve muscular endurance and boost the metabolic rate of the body.

6. Pilates Reformer; Pilates Reformer class is an exercise that uses a reformer machine to activate deep core muscles for muscular stability. The exercise also helps you to develop body awareness.
